The promotion and application of automation technology has enabled the technology level and variety adaptability of shuttleless looms to continuously create new levels, so that the operation of the looms can be automated, such as the program control of the switch car, regular automatic refueling, automatic collection and display of the looms by the microcomputer. Various production parameters and operating conditions, including speed, production, efficiency, stoppage and cause analysis, weaving shaft warp stock, woven fabric packaging, etc., thus improving management and improving production efficiency; electronic delivery and The electronic coiling constitutes the automatic control of the warp tension, which basically eliminates the latitudinal defect; the electronic color selection, the microcomputer automatically changes the texture structure, and the fabric pattern is changed centrally, and the group control can be realized by the two-way communication between the single machine and the center console. According to reports, some manufacturers began to study the automatic detection of latitude and latitude outside the shed, as well as the automatic detection and elimination of online menstruation. It has been predicted that it is possible to achieve complete automation of weaving production without a long time.
