The Working Principle of High Speed Shuttleless Ribbon Machine

 

  The high-speed shuttleless ribbon weaving machine is mainly composed of five mechanisms: an opening mechanism, a weft sending mechanism, a locking mechanism, a beat-up mechanism, and a take-up mechanism.


  Opening Mechanism

  In order to interweave warp yarns and weft yarns into a fabric on a webbing machine, the warp yarns must first be divided into two upper and lower layers to form a shed, and then weft yarns should be introduced. For this purpose, the warp yarns must pass through the heddle eyelets in a certain order. When the heddle moves up and down with the heald frames, the warp yarns will separate up and down as the heald frames move up and down to form openings for the weft yarns to penetrate. According to the tissue needs of the fabric, multiple heald frames can be used to design the openings (weave the plain weave into two heald frames).


  Weft Feeding Structure

Weft-feeding is a weft-feeding mechanism that uses weft-injecting needles to introduce weft yarns into the shed so that the weft yarns and warp yarns are interwoven into glass-fiber belts and high-speed shuttleless webbing machines. It has three characteristics:

  1. Fast speed.

  2.Large volume of weft yarns, less time for changing the weft yarns, and high machine operating rate

  3.Sending weft to double weft/time

  Because of the fast weft-carrying speed, in order to prevent the weft thread from being too large and breaking, an active weft-feeding device is needed to reduce the tension of the weft thread and ensure the normal operation of the webbing.


  Locking Mechanism

  Weft-filled fabrics are produced using a weft-filling needle to produce double-weft fabrics that require seaming and seaming in two ways:

  1. The hook thread catches the weft thread instead of the sewing thread. When the structure is such that there are few weft yarns, the weft yarns will loosen and are prone to banding.

  2.Crimping with a sewing thread, generally with a warp-kicked edge, with a crochet hook to catch the edge line, forming a coil, locking the weft thread; the basic action is that the crochet hook first catches the sewing line, and then reciprocates to form a coil rehooking line Then go around to form a continuous edge and lock the weft.


  Beating Mechanism

  The weft yarns introduced into the shed are formed by the beat-up mechanism pushing the weaving mouth into interlacing with the warp yarns to form a fabric. The width of the fabric and the density of the warp yarn are determined by the reeds in the beat-up mechanism. The arrangement of the weft yarns in the fabric and the buckling condition of the warp and weft yarns are determined by the different tension and deformability of the warp and weft yarns during the beat up.


  Take off Mechanism

  The take-up mechanism is a device that drives the warp advance and pulls the woven tape away from the weaving. To increase the take-up effect, the main roller of the take-up roller generally uses a rubber roller. After the glass fiber is taken out by the take-up roller, it is generally available now. Wind takes two methods:

  1.The glass ribbon that has been taken off is first dropped into the storage cassette, and then it is separated by a certain length on the winder.

  2. The glass fiber tape is directly wound into a roll and directly wound into a webbing during the webbing process, so that the sub-coiling process can be reduced.
