Polyester and cotton fabric dyeing process
The dyeing of polyester/cotton fabrics can be divided into one bath and two baths
1) One-bath method: Two dyes and auxiliaries are placed in the same dye bath and treated separately to color the two fibers.
Dispersing/reducing one-bath process is: padding bath → pre-baking → hot-melt → padding reduction liquid → steaming → washing → oxidation → soaping → washing → drying
Dispersion / activity One-bath dyeing process is: padding dyeing liquid - → pre-baking - → drying - → hot melt - steaming - → washing - → soaping → → washing → drying.
2) Two-bath dyeing: Two-bath dyeing is to dye polyester first with disperse dyes (using high-temperature high-pressure method or hot-melt method), and then use cotton dyes to cover cotton (by dyeing, dyeing or suspension to dye cotton) , Divide the bath, restore and clean in the middle of dyeing.
